From the desk of the PFC Board President:
Prescott Free Clinic Board of Directors’ President Eben Fetters says “the goal of the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) is to provide quality, affordable healthcare services to the residents of Yavapai County. Without these health centers, many of our patients would have limited access to healthcare services due to their financial circumstances. Our board is honored to provide policy guidance and direction for the services provided through the three health centers. We appreciate our relationship with Yavapai County in providing these services.”
The board currently has 14 members, most of whom have served on the board for five or more years and many of whom are patients of CHCY which gives them personal knowledge of clinic services and provides additional insight into policy decisions that are considered by the board.
Thank you for your dedication and service, Marcia Jacobson and Jo Rhodes who have retired from the PFC Board of Directors. Marcia Jacobson, one of the founders of the Prescott Free Clinic, served on the board since its inception. Jo Rhodes has served since 2004. What true dedication and commitment, we thank you so much.
